FAQ

Straight answers on agent installs: what they are, your data, support, and how to start.

Straight answers. If yours isn’t here, email me.

What's an agent install?

A working system built into accounts you own (your Shopify data, your spreadsheets, your AI tooling) over two to three weeks, with your ops lead in the room. Then I hand over the keys. Nothing of mine runs it.

How is this different from consulting?

An install leaves you with a working system: it pulls the data, runs the numbers, flags the risks. You keep the judgement, the agent does the counting and chasing.

What stack do I need?

Shopify and a spreadsheet workspace you own. Open to other systems, we can talk it through on the call. A named owner who can give it a few hours a week during the install helps too.

Different from a course or a prompt pack?

Yes. This is infrastructure, installed and running before I leave. These are the systems I run live at oac every day against a real P&L.

What happens to my data?

It stays in your accounts and never touches mine. I need read access during the install and I'll sign an NDA if you want one. I run a food business with its own suppliers, I treat your data the way I'd want mine treated.

Will I actually get your attention?

Yes. I keep this deliberately small and do every install personally, no subcontractors. I run ops full-time at oac, so tell me your timeline on the fit call and I'll be straight about whether it works.

Why should I trust this?

The systems are tested every day against real orders, real suppliers, and real stockouts at oac. What you'd be installing is the thing I actually run.

Do I need you forever?

No, and that's the point. The whole goal is to set you up to run it yourself, runbook and training included. Support stays available for as long as it's useful to you, and dropping it later is fine.

Will it place orders or contact my suppliers?

Not at the start. It drafts the reorder email for you to review and send, and a human approves every order. If later you want to give it more rope, we can expand it. It's designed to sit inside your process with human oversight.

What does support cover?

Health checks, updates as your business changes (new SKUs, suppliers, lead times), and fixes when something upstream breaks. Monthly, cancel with 30 days' notice. You keep everything either way.

What does it cost?

The AI ops audit is €1,500, credited in full toward an install. Agent numbers we'll talk on the fit call, and the waitlist gets them first, with founding pricing for the first cohort.

How do I start?

With a quick fit call. If it doesn't fit your stack or team, I'll say so and it costs you nothing. If you go on to an install, the consult fee comes off the price. Email me.
